Note: After installing the door, make sure it is flush with the body, then make sure the gaps between the front, rear, and bottom edges of the door and the body are the same. Make sure the edges of the door and body are parallel. Replace mounting bolts before adjustment.
1. When adjusting the position of the door, the car must be on level ground.
2. Adjust the hinges.
- Slightly loosen the door mounting bolts and move the door INSIDE or OUT until it is flush with the body.
- Remove inner wing panel (see below), slightly loosen the hinge fixing bolts and move the door FORWARD or BACK, UP or DOWN to equalize the gaps.
- When adjusting the door, cover the jack with a cloth to avoid damaging the door.
3. Be convinced that edges of a door and a body are parallel. Adjust door dampers if necessary.
4. Apply grease to the pivoting areas of the hinges indicated by the arrows.
