Note: After installing the door, make sure it is flush with the body, then make sure the gaps between the front, rear and bottom edges of the door and the body are the same. Make sure the edges of the door and the body are parallel. Replace the mounting bolts before adjusting.


1. When adjusting the door position, the car must be on a level surface.

2. Adjust the hinges.
  • Loosen the door mounting bolts slightly and slide the door IN or OUT until it is flush with the body.
  • Remove the inner wing panel (see further), slightly loosen the hinge mounting bolts and move the door FORWARD or BACKWARD, UP or DOWN to even out the gaps.
