Bleeding the Clutch Hydraulic Drive (Honda CR-V 1)

1. Remove the used liquid with a bulb and rinse the tank.

2. Attach the bleed hose to the cylinder nipple.

3. Fill the reservoir with fresh fluid and fill the reservoir halfway with fresh DOT 3 or DOT 4 brake fluid

4. Unscrew the nipple and ask an assistant to press the clutch pedal.

5. Tighten the nipple and ask the assistant to slowly release the clutch pedal.

6. Repeat the procedure until no more air bubbles come out of the hose at the fitting. Maintain the fluid level in the reservoir.
