Radiator testing (Honda CR-V 2)

1. Wait until the engine has cooled down, then carefully remove the radiator cap and fill the radiator with engine coolant to the base of the filler neck.

2. Connect the hand pump (A) (available for sale) to the radiator. To connect the hand pump, use a small adapter H-901122-09 (B) (available for sale).



3. Create a pressure of 93-123 kPa (0.95-1.25 kgf/cm²).

4. Check for engine coolant leaks and pressure drops.

5. Disconnect the hand pump and place the cap on the radiator.

6. Check for engine oil in the coolant and/or coolant in the engine oil.
