Note: After installing the radiator fan switch, bleed the cooling system (see above).


1. Remove the radiator fan switch from the thermostat cover.

2. Hang the radiator fan switch in a container of water as shown in the figure.

3. Heat the water and check the temperature with a thermometer. Do not allow the thermometer to touch the bottom of the hot container.

4. Measure the conductivity between terminals A and B according to the following table.
