  • Avoid scratching the instrument panel and adjacent components.
  • The picture shows a left-hand drive model; the arrangement on the right-hand drive model is symmetrical.


1. Remove the screws (A) from the driver's side instrument panel lower cover (B).

  • Pull the bottom of the fuse box cover (C) and release the clips (D), then pull it down and unhook it from the hooks (E).
  • Remove the screws from the fuse box cover opening.
  • Open the pocket, then remove the screw.

  • Pull the top sections of the cover and release the clips.
  • If equipped, disconnect the connector (B) from the headlight range control switch, the connector (C) from the cruise control main switch, the connector (D) from the sunroof switch, the connector (E) from the interior temperature sensor, the air hose (F) and the connector (G) from the seat heater switch.

4. Install the cover in the reverse order of removal. Make sure all connectors are securely connected and the air hose is connected properly.
