Replacing the mirror holder (Honda CR-V 2)

1. Gently pull the bottom edge of the mirror holder (A) with your hand. Be careful not to scratch the mirror.

2. Separate the mirror holder from the drive (B) by slowly moving them apart. In doing so, remove the adhesive (C), release the clamps (D) and unhook the hooks (D). If present, disconnect the mirror heater connectors from the heating element contacts.

3. If equipped, connect the connectors to the mirror heater.

4. Hook the mirror holder hooks onto the drive, then install the mirror holder onto the drive. Gently press down on the clip areas of the mirror holder until the holder locks into place.

5. Check the operation of the drive.
