CR-V
1. Disconnect the battery from ground.
2. Disconnect the fork connector from the generator and the white wire on the rear cover
3. Loosen the adjusting bolt nut and remove the belt.
4. Remove the through bolt and remove the generator.
5. After assembly, adjust the belt tension.
4-cylinder Odyssey
1. Disconnect the battery from ground.
2. Remove the power steering pump (Chapter 8).
3. Disconnect the fork connector from the generator and the white wire on the rear cover
4. Loosen the adjusting bolt nut and remove the belt.
5. Remove the through bolt and remove the generator.
6. Installation is carried out in reverse order. After assembly, adjust the belt tension.
Odyssey V6
1. Disconnect the battery from ground.
2. Remove the belt by loosening the tensioner roller bolt.
3. Disconnect the fork connector from the generator and the black wire on the rear cover
4. Loosen the bolts and remove the generator.
5. Installation is carried out in reverse order. After assembly, adjust the belt tension.
