Generator — removal and installation (Honda Fit 1)

1. Remove the cable from the negative terminal of the battery.

2. Remove the intake manifold.

3. Disconnect the connectors and clamps from the generator.



4. Remove the accessory drive belt.

5. Loosen the lock bolt (A) and the installation bolt (B), and remove the generator.



6. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

7. Install the attachment drive belt and adjust its tension.
