Removal
1. Disconnect the battery from ground.
2. Support the lid with a jack through a board.
3. Loosen the limiter lever mounting bolts.
4. Remove the door trim panel, remove the latches and disconnect the connectors.
5. Remove the wiring from the door frame, move it to the side and secure it.
6. Mark the position of the rear door hinges on the body.
7. Loosen the hinge mounting bolts and remove the rear door.
Installation
8. If necessary, make adjustment shims from cardboard or tin and stick them with tape to the places where the door position needs to be adjusted. Place the door in place and tighten the hinge mounting bolts.
9. Align the marks made during disassembly and tighten the hinge bolts.
10. Lay the wiring on the door frame. Secure the limiter lever.
11. Remove the jack from under the door, connect the connectors and install the rear door inner panel.
