The procedure for removing and installing the front and rear doors is no different.
Removal
1. Disconnect the battery from ground.
2. Place a jack under the door and support the door using a board.
3. Loosen the limiter lever mounting bolts.
4. Remove the door trim panel, remove the latches and disconnect the connectors.
5. Remove the wiring from the door frame, move it to the side and secure it.
6. Mark the position of the door hinges on the body.
7. Unscrew the hinge mounting bolts and remove the door.
Installation
8. If necessary, make adjustment shims from cardboard or tin and stick them with tape to the places where the door position needs to be adjusted. Place the door in place and tighten the hinge mounting bolts by hand.
9. Align the marks made during disassembly and tighten the hinge bolts.
10. Lay the wiring on the door frame.
11. Secure the limiter lever by tightening the bolt to a torque of 10 Nm.
12. Remove the jack from under the door and install the decorative door panel.
