1. NUT WITH SHELL, 10x1.25 mm, 69 Nm (7.0 kgf/m)
2. COMBINATION PROJECTION
2. Insert the shock absorber into the steering knuckle so that the protrusion aligns with the slot in the steering knuckle.
3. Fit the shock absorber pinch bolt onto the top of the steering knuckle.
4. Install the brake hose bracket to the shock absorber.
1. SHOCK ABSORBER TIE BOLT, 74 Nm (7.5 kgf/m)
2. BOLT WITH SHELL, 8x1.25 mm, 22 Nm (2.2 kgf/m)
3. WHEEL SENSOR WIRE
4. 6mm FLANGE BOLT, 9.8 Nm (1.0 kgf/m)
5. Attach the stabilizer rod to the lower arm (see above).
6. Install the wheel sensor wire to the steering knuckle and shock absorber.
7. Raise the steering knuckle with a floor jack until the vehicle is slightly raised above the safety stands.
Warning! The floor jack must be installed securely, otherwise injury may occur.
8. Tighten the shock absorber pinch bolt.
9. Tighten the flange nuts on top of the shock absorber.
10. Tighten the 8mm self-locking nut onto the stabilizer rod.
11. Install the front wheels.
12. Check the front wheel alignment angles and adjust if necessary (see above).
