1. POST SPRING COMPRESSOR (available for sale) BRANICK (c) T/N MST-580A or Model 7200 or equivalent
2. Secure the damper rod with a hex wrench and loosen the 12mm self-locking nut.
1. SELF-LOCKING NUT 12mm. Replace
2. HEX KEY
3. Release the pressure on the spring compressor, then disassemble the shock absorber as shown.
1. SELF-LOCKING NUT, 12x1.25 mm, 44 Nm (4.5 kgf/m). Replace.
2. SHOCK ABSORBER WASHER
3. SHOCK ABSORBER BASE
4. SHOCK ABSORBER BEARING. Check for play and binding.
5. TOP SPRING SEAT
6. RUBBER SPRING SUPPORT. Check for wear and damage.
7. DUST COVER WASHER
8. DUST COVER. Check for bending and damage.
9. DAMPER SPRING. Check for loose compression and damage.
10. DEFLECTION LIMITER. Check for looseness and damage.
