1. Drain the engine coolant.
2. Remove the cover from the partition.
3. Remove the radiator upper bracket cushion, then remove the baffle.
4. Disconnect the upper and lower hoses from the radiator.
5. Disconnect the connectors from the fan motors and the connector from the radiator fan motor switch.
6. Remove the fan shroud assemblies and other components from the radiator.
7. Install the radiator in the reverse order of removal. Make sure the top and bottom cushions are securely in place.
8. The partition is installed in the reverse order of removal. Apply paint to the bulkhead mounting bolts.
9. Fill the radiator with engine coolant and bleed it.
