1. Remove the following components:
  • Door panel
  • Plastic lid (if necessary)
  • Protective cover of the lock rod

2. Carefully lift the glass (A) until you see the bolts. Turn them inside out. Remove the glass from the window lifter (B) and carefully lower the glass. Do not drop the glass inside the door.

3. Pull out the glass guide channel (A) as far as necessary. Pull back the small side window glass seal (B), then remove the screw (C). Remove the bolts (D, E) securing the central guide (F), then remove the spacer sleeve (G).

10. Installation of glass and window regulator is performed in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following:
  • Move the glass up and down and make sure it moves without sticking.
  • Make sure that there is no gap between the glass and the guide channel when closed.
  • Adjust the position of the glass if necessary.
