Rear door glass.
1 - upper glass seal,
2 - top stopper,
3 - bottom stopper,
4 - rear door glass,
5 - lower glass seal.
1. Remove rear door interior trim (see section "Backdoor").
2. (Some left hand drive models) Remove the tailgate spoiler.
3. Remove the additional brake light bulb (see chapter "Body electrical equipment").
4. Remove the rear door glass cleaner arm and brush (see chapter "Body electrical equipment").
5. Remove the tailgate glass washer hose (see chapter "Body electrical equipment").
6. Remove the top and bottom (A) rear door glass seal.
7. Disconnect connectors (A) heated rear door glass.
8. On the inside of the body, using an awl, make holes in the adhesive layer (IN). Stretch a string from the salon (A) through holes.
Note: To prevent damage to painted surfaces, stick adhesive tape on them.
Attention: to avoid damaging your hands with sharp edges, work with gloves.
9. Fasten the ends of the string to wooden blocks.
Note: Use the full length of the string to avoid breaking the string while working.
10. Cut off the glue layer (A) around the glass (IN).
11. Carefully remove glass of a back door.
