Adjusting the height of the sunroof glass (Honda CR-V 2)

The roof panel (A) must be flush with the glass seal (B) with an accuracy of 2+0.5/-1 mm at the center of the glass opening. If this is not the case, make the following adjustment:



1. Remove the bracket cover on both sides.

2. Loosen the nuts (A) and place the adjusting shims (B) between the glass frame (C) and the glass bracket (D) on both sides.



Gasket thickness: front and back maximum 2 mm.

3. If necessary, repeat the operation on the opposite side.
