Adjusting the door glass (Honda Avancier 1)

Carry out work on a horizontal area.

Check the window opening gutter and seal for damage. If there is significant damage, replace.

1. Remove the following components.

Door trim (see above).

Plastic film (required part) (see above).

2. Using the window lifter, position the glass so that the glass mounting bolts become visible.

3. Loosen the glass mounting bolts.

4. Front door: Slide the glass to the rear side.

Rear side door: Slide the glass towards the front.

5. Tighten the glass mounting bolts.

6. Make sure the glass rises and falls smoothly.

8. Raise the glass completely, close the door and check the glass for water leaks.
