The signal from this sensor is used by the processor unit to adjust the composition of the mixture and the ignition timing. The sensor cannot be adjusted.
1. Turn on the ignition and check the voltage at the back of the sensor connector, which should be 0.2-1.4 V.
2. Slowly tilt and open the shutter, check the voltage, which should slowly rise to 4.8V
3. If there is no voltage, then check the presence of a supply voltage of 5 V and the integrity of the wiring.
4. To remove the sensor, disconnect the battery from the ground, disconnect the connector and unscrew the screws.
Throttle Position Sensor: 1. Brush holder; 2. Current collector brush; 3. Resistor; 4. Conclusion; 5. Sleeve
The dependence of the voltage from the throttle angle sensor on the degree of opening of the damper: 1. Voltage (IN); 2. Degree of opening; 3. Fully open; 4. Idling
