The signal from this sensor is used by the processor unit to adjust the mixture composition and ignition timing. The sensor cannot be adjusted.
1. Turn on the ignition and check the voltage on the back of the sensor connector, which should be 0.2-1.4 V.
2. Slowly open and close the throttle, check the voltage, which should slowly increase to 4.8 V
3. If there is no voltage, check the presence of a 5 V supply voltage and the integrity of the wiring.
4. To remove the sensor, disconnect the battery from ground, disconnect the connector and unscrew the screws.
Throttle Position Sensor: 1. Brush holder; 2. Current collector brush; 3. Resistor; 4. Conclusion; 5. Bushing
Dependence of the voltage from the throttle position sensor on the degree of opening of the throttle valve: 1. Voltage (V); 2. Opening degree; 3. Completely open; 4. Idle speed
