The CKF sensor is designed to monitor interruptions in the operation of cylinders. The sensor generates a signal if the crankshaft speed fluctuation goes beyond certain limits. The resistance between the sensor leads should be 1.6-3.2 kOhm.
1. To remove the sensor, raise the vehicle, remove the lower shield, drive belts and crankshaft pulley.
2. Disconnect from the gauge a socket which is near to the generator.
3. Turn away bolts and remove the gauge.
4. Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
