From the driver's side



1. On CR-V, Odyssey 2.3L and V6 models, connect the plug on the passenger side.

2. On 2.2L Odyssey models, remove the jumper from the connector and immediately connect to the mating connector. Insert the red jumper into the holder.

3. Check that the airbag module is installed correctly (and on some vehicles also belt tensioners) and connect the battery to ground.

4. Enter the decoding codes for the radio.

5. Turn on the ignition, do not start the engine. The security system indicator light should flash and go out after 6 seconds. Otherwise, the system should be checked at a car service center.

From the passenger side



1. On CR-V, Odyssey 2.3L and V6 models, connect the plug on the passenger side.

2. On 2.2L Odyssey models, connect the airbag module plug. Some vehicles have a 3-pin security module connector, from which the red jumper should be removed. Immediately connect the connector to the mating part. Insert the red jumper into the holder.

3. Install the removed parts

4. Check that the airbag module is installed correctly (and on some vehicles also belt tensioners) and connect the battery to ground.

5. Enter the decoding codes for the radio.

6. Turn on the ignition, do not start the engine. The security system indicator light should flash and go out after 6 seconds. Otherwise, the security system should be checked at a car service center.

Seat belt tensioners



1. Connect the tensioner plugs.



2. Install the trims from the left and right door pillars of the body.

3. Connect the battery to ground.

4. Enter the decoding codes for the radio.

5. Turn on the ignition, do not start the engine. The security system indicator light should flash and go out after 6 seconds. Otherwise, the security system should be checked at a car service center.
