Driver side
1. On CR-V, Odyssey 2.3L and V6 models, connect the plug on the passenger side.
2. On 2.2L Odyssey models, remove the jumper from the connector and immediately connect to the mating connector. Insert the red jumper into the holder.
3. Check if the pillow module is installed correctly (and on parts of cars also belt tensioners) and connect the battery to ground.
4. Enter the ciphers for decoding the radio.
5. Turn on the ignition, do not start the engine. The security warning lamp should flash and go out after 6 seconds. Otherwise, the system should be checked in a car service.
Passenger side
1. On CR-V, Odyssey 2.3L and V6 models, connect the plug on the passenger side.
2. On 2.2L Odyssey models, connect the airbag module plug. On some vehicles, there is a 3-pin connector for the security module, from which the red jumper must be removed. Connect the connector immediately to the mating part. Insert the red jumper into the holder.
3. Install removed parts
4. Check if the pillow module is installed correctly (and on parts of cars also belt tensioners) and connect the battery to ground.
5. Enter the codes for decoding the radio.
6. Turn on the ignition, do not start the engine. The security warning lamp should flash and go out after 6 seconds. Otherwise, the security system should be checked at a car service.
Belt tensioners
1. Attach tensioner plugs.
2. Establish overlays from the left and right door racks of a body.
3. Connect the battery to ground.
4. Enter the ciphers for decoding the radio.
5. Turn on the ignition, do not start the engine. The security warning lamp should flash and go out after 6 seconds. Otherwise, the security system should be checked at a car service.
