The seat can be removed and installed by two people.

Front seat



1. On CR-V and 4-cylinder Odyssey, slide the seat forward, remove the side covers and bolt caps, and remove the bolts.

2. On 6-cylinder Odysseys, remove the lower seat frame trims and bolts.

3. Raise the seat and disconnect the connectors and wiring brackets.

4. Remove the seat and reach through the doorway.

5. Installation is carried out in reverse order.

Back seat



CR-V



1. Remove the lower hinge caps and unscrew the bolts.

2. Fold back the backrest, remove the lower trim fasteners and remove the trim.

3. Remove the headrest.

4. On some vehicles, tilt the seat slightly and remove the retainer.

5. Remove the seat with the help of two people.

6. Installation is carried out in reverse order.

4-cylinder Odyssey (with a 6-passenger cabin)



1. Pull both levers at the rear of the seat base.

2. Pull the seat and lift.

3. Remove the seat

4. Install the seat onto the latches by pressing it down.

The second seat is a sofa type



4-cylinder Odyssey (with a 7-passenger cabin)



1. Raise the seat back.

2. Loosen the mounting bolts and remove the seat.

3. Install the seat in place and tighten the M10x1.25 bolts to a torque of 34 Nm.

6-cylinder Odyssey



1. Pull the backrest adjuster lever and fold the seat.

2. Pull the release lever at the front of the seat and lift the seat.

3. Lift the seat by the backrest while simultaneously rotating and moving the front part up. Remove the seat.

4. Position the seat in place and insert the back of the seat into the clips.
