2. Using a jack, raise the car so that the wheels are raised.
3. Remove the front wheels.
4. Turn off fixing bolts of an arm of a brake hose.
5. Turn off two fixing bolts of an arm of a brake support, remove and suspend a support a wire.
Attention.
- Do not hang the caliper on the brake hose.
- Make sure the caliper does not hit other components.
- Do not kink the brake hose.
6. Remove the wheel sensor with electrical wiring from the steering knuckle.
Do not disconnect e/conducting from the wheel gauge.
Do not twist e/conducting during installation of the wheel sensor.
7. Loosen the spindle locknut and unscrew it.
Attention:
- Be sure to block the rear wheels by applying the parking brake.
- Thoroughly clean the inside of the wheel and the surfaces of the brake disc before installing the wheel.
8. Loosen the screws (6 mm) from the brake disc.
9. Tighten the two bolts (8 mm), as it shown on the picture. While tightening the bolts evenly, remove the brake disc from the front wheel hub.
Attention. When installing the brake disc, carefully clean the mounting surfaces from rust and foreign particles.
10. Disconnect the tie rod end from the steering knuckle (see above).
11. Disconnect a rotary fist from the bottom lever.
12. Disconnect a rotary fist from the top lever.
13. Lightly hit the end of the drive shaft with a plastic hammer, pull the steering knuckle outward and remove it from the drive shaft.
14. After installing the steering knuckle in the reverse order of removal, tighten the spindle locknut to the required torque and caulk.
15. Check and adjust wheel alignment (see above).
