1. Place your fist on the press with the machined surface facing down.

2. Loosen the special tool bolts.

3. Set the outer diameter of the special tool to be equal to the inner diameter of the bushing and tighten the bolts of the special tool securely.

4. Install the special tool on the bushing and press out the bushing using a press.

Attention.
  • Place the fist securely on the press with the treated surface.
  • Do not damage the inner surface of the bushing with a special tool.


5. Place your fist on the press with the machined surface facing up.

6. Loosen the special tool bolts.

7. Adjust the diameter of the special tool to the outside diameter of the outer sleeve and tighten the bolts of the special tool.

8. Install the special tool on the new bushing and press it in using a press.
