Replacing the front suspension ball joint boot (Honda Avancier 1)

1. Remove the clips and remove the cover.

Caution: Do not apply lubricant to the boot seating areas.

2. Fill the cover with grease and apply it to the edges.

3. Remove old grease from the tapered area of the ball joint pin and apply fresh grease to the base of the pin.

Attention.

• Do not apply lubricant to the boot seating areas.
• Make sure that no dust or other particles get into the case.

4. Install the cover and remove air from it.

5. Install the clamps.
