Replacing the rear suspension ball joint boot (4WD models) (Honda Avancier 1)

1. Remove the clips and remove the cover.

Caution: Do not apply lubricant to the mounting surfaces of the cover.

2. Apply grease to the boot and edge area.

3. Remove old grease from the rubbing areas of the ball joint pin and pack in fresh grease.

Attention.

• Do not apply lubricant to the mounting surfaces of the cover.
• Do not allow foreign particles to enter the case.

4. Install the cover and release the air from it.

5. Install the cover clamp.
