- To ensure reinstallation in the original position, label components as you remove them.
- Check the axles and rocker arms (see below).
- If reused, the valve rocker arms must be installed in the same position.
- When removing or installing the rocker arm assemblies, do not remove the camshaft bracket bolts as they hold the camshaft brackets, springs and rocker arms to the shaft.
