Note: Left hand drive model shown; the layout on the right-hand drive model is symmetrical, with the exception of the windshield washer tubes.
1. Remove the windshield wiper arms.
2. Using a puller, separate the clips (A), then remove the rear hood seal (B) and remove the clips (C) from the hood grille covers. Avoid scratching the hood grille covers.

3. Remove the clips (D, E) and unhook the hook (F) by gently pulling the passenger side hood grille cover (G) upward. Pull the cover forward and unhook the hooks (H), pull the hinge cover (I) away from the front fender (J) and disconnect the windshield washer pipe (K), then remove the cover. To remove the passenger side hood grille cover on right-hand drive models, disconnect the windshield washer tube (L) from the washer reservoir. Avoid scratching the body.
4. Disconnect the clips (D, E) by gently pulling the driver's side hood grille cover (M) upward. Pull the hinge cover (O) away from the front fender (P, J) and disconnect the windshield washer tube (L) from the washer reservoir, then remove the cover. Avoid scratching the body.
5. If necessary, release the clamps, then remove the insulators (A, B) from the hood grille covers (C, D).

6. The cover is installed in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following:
- Replace damaged clamps.
- Make sure the washer tubes are connected securely.
