1. Set the wiper blades to the parked position, turn on the ignition if necessary and turn the wiper blade on/off.
2. Remove the inner cover of the brush arm axle and unscrew the axle nut.
3. Mark the orientation of the axle relative to the wiper rod and remove the rod from the axle.
4. Remove the outer cover from the axle.
5. Using a 23 mm wrench, unscrew the axle nut.
6. Lower the rear cover glass and, pressing on the latches, remove the wiper motor cover.
7. Disconnect the connector from the electric motor, unscrew the bolts securing the electric motor to the window lifter handle and carefully remove the electric motor together with the bracket.
8. Loosen the bolts and remove the electric motor from the bracket.
9. Installation is carried out in reverse order. If the electric motor is changed, it should be cycled so that the shaft takes the parked position. To do this, connect the connector to the electric motor and install the electric motor in place, turn on the ignition and turn on the electric motor, moving the windshield wiper switch to low speed. Turn off the ignition, the electric motor will automatically stop in the position corresponding to the parked position of the brushes.
