CR-V vehicles
1. Raise the vehicle.
2. Remove rear wheels.
3. Remove the rack (see below).
4. Place the stand in a vise and compress the spring with the compressor.
5. Loosen the self-locking nut.
6. Remove the washer, rubber bushings and spring spacer.
7. Remove the spring.
8. Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
4-cylinder Odyssey
Withdrawal
1. Raise the vehicle.
3. Place a jack under the spring stop and raise the lower arm.
4. Turn away bolts of fastening of the shock-absorber and a fist on the lower lever.
5. Compress and remove shock absorber (see below).
6. Lower the lower arm, unloading the spring.
7. Remove spring assembly and support cups.
Installation
8. Check the top and bottom support cups for damage. Replace damaged cups.
9. Install the support cups.
10. Install the spring. Align the edge of the spring with the notch in the spring cup.
11. Raise the lever and compress the spring.
12. Screw bolts of fastening of the shock-absorber and a rotary fist.
13. Establish a jack under a rotary fist. Raise your fist so that it takes the weight of the car. Tighten the two mounting bolts to 103 Nm. Tighten the shock absorber mounting nut to 38 Nm.
14. Lower the car. Check and adjust rear wheel alignment.
Odyssey V6
Withdrawal
1. Raise the vehicle.
2. Remove the wheel.
3. Place a jack under the lower arm and raise the arm.
4. Turn away bolts of fastening of an arm of the sensor of speed and disconnect from the bottom lever conducting. Do not disconnect the wiring from the sensor.
5. Turn away a bolt of fastening of the bottom lever to a fist.
6. Remove the spring by gradually lowering the jack.
Installation
7. Install the spring. Align the edge of the spring with the notch on the spring cup.
8. Jack up the lower control arm, line up the holes and install the bolts.
9. Attach bracket and speed sensor wiring.
10. Jack up the lower arm so that the jack takes the weight of the vehicle. Tighten the bolts to 74 Nm.
11. Lower the car. Check and adjust rear wheel alignment.
