Warning!
- Do not spill brake fluid on the vehicle; it can ruin the color; If brake fluid gets on the paint, wash it off immediately with water.
- To prevent brake fluid from leaking out of the reservoir, plug the end of the hose with a napkin.
Note: The illustration shows a left-hand drive model; the location on the right-hand drive model is symmetrical.
1. Brake fluid can be sucked out through the top of the master cylinder reservoir using a syringe.
2. Disconnect the clutch tube and reservoir hose from the clutch master cylinder.
3. Remove a tank from a partition of a motor compartment.
4. Pry the cotter pin and remove the pedal pin from the fork. Loosen the nuts.
5. Remove the clutch master cylinder.
6. Install the clutch master cylinder in the reverse order of removal.
7. Bleed the hydraulic clutch system (see below).
