Warning!
- Do not spill brake fluid on your vehicle; it can ruin the paint; if brake fluid gets on the paint, wash it off immediately with water.
- To prevent brake fluid from leaking out of the reservoir, plug the end of the hose with a napkin.
Note: Left hand drive model shown; the arrangement on the right-hand drive model is symmetrical.
1. Brake fluid can be sucked out through the top of the master cylinder reservoir using a syringe.
2. Disconnect the clutch pipe and reservoir hose from the clutch master cylinder.
3. Remove the tank from the engine compartment bulkhead.

4. Pry the cotter pin and remove the pedal pin from the fork. Unscrew the nuts.

5. Remove the clutch master cylinder.

6. Install the clutch master cylinder in the reverse order of removal.
7. Bleed the hydraulic clutch system (see below).
