Procooking
1. Pull out the parking brake lever, chock the rear wheels and jack up the front of the vehicle.
2. Remove fender liner.
3. Disconnect a socket Ý/m valves of a gear change.
4. Measure the resistance between the leads "6" And "7" connector.
- Resistance - 50 Ohm - 25 kOhm
If the resistance is out of specification, replace the fluid temperature sensor.
Replacement
1. Pull out the parking brake lever, chock the rear wheels and jack up the front of the vehicle.
2. Remove fender liner.
3. Disconnect the valve connector.
4. Remove the drain plug (A), remove the gasket, (IN) and drain the transmission fluid.
5. Install a new gasket and tighten the drain plug.
6. Turn away bolts and remove: cover, e/m valves: (A), pins (IN) and gasket (WITH).
7. Disconnect the connectors from the e / m of the gear change valves, unscrew the bolt and remove the connector (E) with wires. Remove the O-ring (F).
A - e / m valve "A" gear shift,
V - e / m valve "IN" gear shift,
C - e / m valve "WITH" gear shift,
D - solenoid valve "D" gear shift,
E - connector,
F - O-ring.
8. Install a new O-ring on the connector.
9. Connect the white-orange connector to the solenoid valve "IN".
Note: The fluid temperature sensor is built into the white/orange connector.
10. Connect the connectors to the solenoid valves in accordance with the colors of the connectors.
11. Establish pins and a lining on a cover Ý/m valves. Install the cover and tighten the bolts.
- Tightening torque - 12 Nm
12. Make sure that there is no rust, dirt and oil on the connector of the e / m valves and connect the connector.
13. Fill the gearbox with oil (see chapter "Maintenance and general inspection and adjustment procedures").
14. Install fender liner.
