2. Decompress the fuel system.
3. On CR-V models, fold down the left rear seat cushion and remove the plastic base. Disconnect the fuel pump connector and fuel lines.
4. On 6-cylinder Odysseys, disconnect the fuel pump connector and fuel lines, remove the fuel pump and use a hand pump to remove any remaining gasoline through the pump opening.
5. Raise the car.
6. On CR-V models, remove the central beam of the flooring, unscrew the plug and drain the remaining gasoline. Tighten the plug with a torque of 49 Nm, replacing the seal.
7. On 4-cylinder Odysseys, unscrew the plug and drain the remaining gasoline, remove the cap that covers the hoses. Tighten the plug with a torque of 49 Nm, replacing the seal. Disconnect the hoses from the tank, disconnect the connector from the pump.
8. Install a jack under the tank.
9. Remove the tank straps and carefully remove the tank. if necessary, pry off the tank with a non-solid tool.
10. Installation is carried out in the reverse order. If the tank is changing, then move all the necessary parts to the new tank.
