For adjustment in the vertical and horizontal planes, 2 handwheels are provided, which are rotated with a long screwdriver. Focusing of the headlight is provided by the design of the headlight. Before disturbing the installation of the headlight for any reason, it is recommended to mark the original position of the headlight in order to facilitate adjustment during assembly.
1. Beams of headlights are indicated without loading the car (without passengers) and a half-empty tank in a dark room or at dusk. Park the vehicle on level ground 7.6 m from the wall (or screen size not less than 1.8x3.7 m).
2. Measure the distance from the floor to the middle of the headlight.
3. Measure the distance from the center of the grille to the center of the headlight.
4. Standing behind the car, determine the axis of symmetry of the body (use the brake light and rearview mirror if possible), stick a strip of adhesive tape on the wall along the axis of symmetry of the car.
5. Stick the vertical strips of adhesive tape, measuring from the central strip a distance equal to the distance measured from the grille to the center of the headlight.
6. Subtract 25 mm from the distance from the floor to the middle of the headlight and stick horizontal strips of adhesive tape.
7. Turn on the low beam headlights and mark the position of the light spot, then mark the position of the high beam light spot.
8. Adjust the headlights so that the light spot of the dipped beam-headlights falls on the center of the crosshair marked with adhesive tape.
The mark of the centers of the dipped beam beams of the headlights: 1. Mark at a distance equal to the measured distance from the radiator grille to the center of the headlight.; 2. Area with high illumination; 3. Mark at a distance equal to the measured one from the floor to the middle of the headlight.; 4. Pinia headlights; 5. Axis of symmetry of the car | The mark of the centers of the main beams of the headlights: 1. Mark at a distance equal to the measured distance from the radiator grille to the center of the headlight.; 2. Area with high illumination; 3. Mark at a distance equal to the measured one from the floor to the middle of the headlight; 4. Line headlights; 5. Axis of symmetry of the car |
