Note: When installing, use only new boot and piston seals, as well as seals.

Disassembly
1. Place a wooden plate on the inside of the caliper. To extrude the piston, apply compressed air through the cylinder inlet.
Attention: to prevent unexpected jumping out of the piston from the cylinder, apply compressed air to the cylinder carefully.
2. Remove the boot (A) and sealing collar (IN) from the brake cylinder.
Attention: do not damage the inner surface (WITH) brake cylinder.
Assembly
1. Apply special silicone brake grease to the new seal (A) and install the cuff in the groove of the caliper cylinder, as shown in the figure.
2. Apply a special lubricant that does not damage the rubber to the new boot (IN) and install it into the caliper cylinder as shown.
3. Lubricate the inner surface of the brake cylinder with brake fluid and install the piston.
Note: The boot must fit into the piston groove.
