2. Loosen the nut and remove the bracket (A) parking brake cable.
3. Hold the guide pin with the key (A), unscrew the bolts (IN) and remove the brake caliper (WITH).
4. Remove the brake pads (A) and gaskets (IN).
5. Remove retaining plate inserts (A).
6. Clean the brace (IN) caliper from dirt and foreign objects.
7. Install retaining plate inserts.
8. Apply special brake grease to the surfaces of the pads and gaskets shown in the figure.
9. Install new brake pads and gaskets.
Note: The brake pad wear indicator on the inner pad must be at the bottom.
10. Dip the piston into the caliper cylinder.
11. Apply grease to the surface of the piston in contact with the brake pad.
12. Install the brake caliper (IN), while holding the guide pin (WITH), tighten the bolts.
- Tightening torque - 23 Nm
Note: When installing, make sure the protrusion (E) on the brake shoe coincided with the recess (D) in the piston.
13. Install the bracket (A) parking brake cable to the rear suspension beam (IN) and tighten the nut.
- Tightening torque - 9.8 Nm
14. Press the brake pedal several times so that the piston is pressed against the brake shoe.
15. Check up level of a brake liquid in a tank and if necessary add a liquid.
16. Make sure there are no brake fluid leaks and that the brake hoses are not rubbing against other parts.
