Installing the front brake pad support (Honda Fit 1)

1. Apply grease to the boot (B), guide pin (A) and caliper bore (C). Install the boot and guide pin.



2. Install the brake pads (the installation procedure is described in the subsection "Replacing brake pads").

3. Install the brake caliper. Hold the guide pin (B) with a wrench and tighten the bolts.

• Tightening torque - 22 Nm

4. Connect the brake hose (C) to the caliper (A) using the washers (E) and tighten the bypass bolt (D).

• Tightening torque - 34 Nm

5. Bleed the brake system (see section "Bleeding the brake system").
