Note: Dismantle and assemble the brake caliper according to the brake caliper assembly drawing.
1. Remove the spring (A).
2. Using the special tool, rotate the piston to the left and remove the piston (IN) and anther (A).
3. Remove the cuff (A) piston.
4. Install special tool (A) into the caliper cylinder as shown.
5. Install the plate so that the plate (C) special tool rested against the caliper, then tighten the nuts (IN).
6. Turn the nut (F) special tool 0.25 - 0.5 turn to the right to compress the spring (IN) regulator.
7. Using the special tool, remove the retaining ring (WITH).
8. While holding the bottom tool nut, tighten the top nut to secure the position.
9. Remove special tool, saddle (WITH) springs, spring (IN) regulator, spacer (D), bearing (A), adjusting bolt (E) and cap (F).
10. Remove bushing (A), pin (IN) and O-ring (WITH).
11. Remove return spring (A), and the lever of the parking brake drive assembly with the axis of the lever (IN).
Note: do not loosen the nut (WITH) without removing the parking brake lever from the caliper. Remove the lever, clamp it in a vise and then unscrew the nut.
12. Remove the boot (D) axis of the parking brake lever.
Note:
- Installation is made in an order, the return to removal.
When installing:
- apply special brake grease to the sealing collar (A) and anther (IN);
- apply brake fluid to the piston.
