2. Connect the diagnostic tester to the diagnostic socket (DLC).
3. Turn on the engine.
4. Turn on the air conditioner.
5. Make sure the electromagnetic clutch is working. If the electromagnetic clutch does not work, go to step #6, if the electromagnetic clutch works, go to step #7.
6. Using a diagnostic tester, make sure that the system parameters correspond to those given in the table.
If the parameters match, proceed to step No. 7, if the parameters do not match, you should diagnose and fix the problem.
7. Remove the magnetic clutch relay from the relay box and check it. If the electromagnetic clutch relay is OK, then proceed to step No. 8, if the electromagnetic clutch relay is faulty, then it should be replaced.
8. Measure the voltage between the magnetic clutch relay connector terminal #2 and ground.
If the voltage matches the battery voltage, proceed to step #9, if the voltage does not match, replace the relay box.
9. Connect the jumper pins #1 and #2 of the electromagnetic clutch relay connector.
If the electromagnetic clutch has worked, proceed to point No. 10, if it has not worked, proceed to point No. 18.
10. Remove the jumper from pins #1 and #2 of the magnetic clutch relay connector.
11. Turn the ignition key to position "ON".
12. Measure the voltage between terminal #4 of the magnetic clutch relay connector and ground. If the voltage matches the voltage of the battery, then proceed to step No. 13, if it does not match, then you should eliminate the open in the circuit between the fuse No. 10 (7.5 A) fuse box and electromagnetic clutch relay.
13. Turn the ignition key to position "OFF".
14. Install the electromagnetic clutch relay.
15. Make sure the air conditioner is turned off.
16. Short to ground output No. 18 of the connector of the electronic control unit for the injection system.
17. Turn the ignition key to position "ON". If the electromagnetic clutch has worked, check the reliability of the connector of the electronic control unit of the injection system, if the connector of the electronic control unit of the injection system is working, it may be necessary to replace the electronic control unit of the injection system. If the solenoid clutch does not engage, repair open in the wiring between the solenoid clutch relay and the ECM.
18. Remove the jumper from the conclusions No. 1 and No. 2 of the electromagnetic clutch connector.
19. Disconnect the electromagnetic clutch connector.
20. Check continuity between terminal #1 of the magnetic clutch relay connector and terminal #2 of the magnetic clutch connector.
If there is continuity, check the gap of the electromagnetic clutch, the thermal fuse circuit and the inductor of the magnetic clutch. If there is no continuity, repair the open circuit between the magnetic clutch relay and the magnetic clutch.
