Note: Install in the reverse order of removal, after installation, make sure there are no air leaks.
1. Remove the instrument panel.
2. Disconnect the air intake flap drive cable.
3. Disconnect the electric motor connector (1). Loosen the bolt, loosen the screws and remove the bracket (2).
- Bolt tightening torque: 9.8 Nm
4. Remove the retainer (1). Loosen the bolt, loosen the screws and remove the bracket (2). Remove the connector retainer (3). Loosen the screws and remove the heater fan assembly (4).
