Replacing the hatch
1. Open the hatch halfway.
2. Feed the front part of the hatch trim by pushing it down.
3. Move the bezel back, remove the pins from the holder and remove the bezel.
4. Unscrew the 6 bracket mounting bolts and remove the hatch.
5. Check the condition of the hatch latches, replace if necessary.
6. Install the hatch in reverse order.
Replacing the sunroof drive motor
In case of electric motor failure, the hatch can be closed manually using the handle from the vehicle tool kit inserted into the socket. To do this, you need to remove the plug from the handle socket, which is located between the sun visors.
1. To access the electric motor, remove the front headliner.
2. Disconnect the connector, unscrew the 3 screws and remove the electric motor from the bracket.
3. Installation is carried out in reverse order. Connect only the brown connector, the gray connector is not used.
