
1. Drain the coolant from the engine.
2. Mark and disconnect the heater hoses on the insulation partition.
3. Disconnect the heater valve cable from the heater valve.
4. Remove the instrument panel.
5. Remove the heater hoses.
6. Unscrew the lower mounting nuts that support the heater.
7. Remove the steering column bracket.
8. Remove the two remaining mounting bolts that support the heater. Disconnect the wiring from the mode switching motor. Remove the heater assembly.
9. Remove the general control unit and bracket from the housing.
10. Unscrew 2 screws, bracket, support plate and radiator cover.
11. Remove the heater radiator cap, support plate and clamp.
12. Carefully remove the heater radiator from the casing.

To install:
13. Install the heater radiator into the housing, as well as the support plate and clamp.
14. Install the radiator cap, install the plate and bracket.
15. Install the control unit and bracket.
16. Install the heater assembly in place. Use grease around the sealing rings.
17. Tighten the two upper mounting bolts to 10 Nm.
18. Install the steering column bracket.
19. Tighten the lower mounting nuts to 22 Nm.
20. Install the heater hose.
21. Install the instrument panel.
22. Connect the hoses at the joints of the thermal insulation partition. Use new clamps. Make sure that the hoses are in the correct position.
23. Connect the heater valve cable.
24. Fill with coolant. Drain the system through the drain device.
