1. Remove the handles from the control levers.
2. Remove the cover from the control panel.
3. Remove the radio.
4. At this stage, the temperature control/mode switch levers, recirculation switch or fan control switch can be removed separately.
5. If the main lever assembly is to be removed, remove the six mounting screws. Disconnect the temperature control cable and the mode selector cable from the heater. Disconnect the wiring and remove the control unit.
6. If the fan switch or recirculation control is to be removed, remove the mounting screws and disconnect the wiring connector.
To install:
7. Replace the fan switch or recirculation connector, connect the wiring and tighten the mounting screws.
8. Insert the heater regulator into its place and route the cables to the heater.
9. Connect the cables to the heater in the correct order.
10. Screw the mounting screws to the control panel.
11. Install the radio.
12. Close the control panel with the lid and install the handles on the levers.
