
2. Align the oil pump pin with the groove on the rear oil pump in the oil pump housing assembly, then install the oil pump housing assembly onto the differential cup assembly.

3. Tighten the oil pump housing assembly mounting bolts.
4. Install the oil pump drive shaft by aligning the tab on the oil pump drive shaft with the front oil pump groove in the oil pump housing assembly.

5. Install the thrust needle bearing.
6. Install the pressure plate assembly by aligning the protrusion on the pressure plate with the groove on the oil pump drive shaft.

7. Install the clutch hub/plates/discs, then align the tab on the plates with the discs.

8. Install the coupling guide and 30mm adjusting washer.
9. Apply sealant to the sealing surface of the differential torque distributor housing, taking into account the following:
- Use sealant (P/N 0Y740-99986).
- Remove any dirt or liquid from the sealing surface.
- If 20 minutes have passed since applying the sealant, reapply it before reassembling the case. Allow the sealant to cure for at least 30 minutes after assembly before refilling the differential with fluid.

10. Install the reference pins and the differential-torque distributor housing.

11. Install the connecting flange, O-ring, protective ring, disc spring washer and lock nut.
Note: Apply ATF fluid to the O-ring.

12. Install the special tool on the connecting flange, then tighten the lock nut to the required torque. Tightening torque: 118 Nm (12.0 kgf/m).

13. Press the lock nut tongue into the groove of the guide sleeve.

14. Screw the plugs into the drain and filler holes.
