1. Raise the front of the vehicle and secure it to the safety stands at the correct points (see ch. 1).
2. Drain the oil from the rear differential (see above).
3. Mark the driveshaft and rear differential flanges.
4. Separate the driveshaft from the rear differential.
5. Fix the ball joint of the stabilizer link with a hex wrench and loosen the collar nut, then separate the front stabilizer link and the front stabilizer.
6. Disconnect the breather tube from the rear differential.
7. Turn off four fixing bolts of a support And back differential.
8. Turn off two fixing bolts of a support In back differential.
9. Pry off the drive shaft with a screwdriver as shown in the figure so that the circlip on the end of the drive shaft comes out of the groove. Do not damage the seals.
10. Jack up the rear differential.
