Note: When installing the rear differential and mount assemblies, first tighten the mounting bolts (A) supports B of the rear differential, then the fixing bolts (IN) rubber support A of the rear differential.

1. Jack up the rear differential and raise it to the required height for assembly.
2. Thoroughly clean the areas where the driveshaft and differential meet with a solvent or carburetor cleaner and dry with compressed air. Insert the inner end of the drive shaft into the differential so that the circlip locks into the groove.
3. Tighten the two mounting bolts of the support B of the rear differential.
4. Tighten four fixing bolts of a support And back differential.
5. Connect the breather tube to the rear differential.
6. Secure the stabilizer link ball joint with a hex wrench and tighten the collar nut.
7. Attach the driveshaft to the rear differential, aligning the marks.
8. Fill the rear differential with oil (see above).
