Removal and installation the exhaust manifold (Honda CR-V 2)

1. Remove the VTEC solenoid valve.

2. Remove the drive shaft heat shield.

3. Remove the cover and bracket from the exhaust manifold, then remove the exhaust manifold.



4. Install the exhaust manifold and tighten the bolts/nuts in a crisscross pattern in two or three passes, starting with the inner bolt.

5. Installation of other components is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
