Models 2001-2004
When you press the button on the remote control, they lock (they are being denied) all doors, including the back one. To unlock (lock), press the button again.
Attention!
- The operating range of the remote control may vary depending on the surrounding environment.
- The remote control is waterproof. However, try to avoid getting it wet,
- Avoid hitting or dropping the key, keep it away from heating devices.
- After pressing the button on the remote control, the doors are unlocked for about 30 seconds, then locked again.
- If the key is in the ignition, the remote control does not work.
- After locking the doors using the remote control, check that they are locked securely by pulling the door handle.
Models since 2005
If you press the unlock button, all doors are unlocked; if you press the lock button, all doors are locked. When the doors are locked using the remote control, the hazard warning lights flash once; when unlocked, they flash twice.
Attention!
- If after pressing the unlock button for approx. 30 seconds You cannot open the door, press the button again.
- If the key is inserted into the ignition switch or any door, including the rear door, is open, the remote control will not work.
- If the indicator does not light up and the controls do not work when you press the buttons, the battery is dead. Replace it.
1. Unscrew the screw using a flat-head screwdriver and open the key housing.
2. Replace the battery with a new one (CR1616).
After replacing the battery, make sure the case is tightly closed.
