2. Install new sealing rings on the evaporator tube and install it.
3. Install the carburetors vertically.
4. Install the damper axis spring.
5. Install the rear bracket. Install the mounting screws, but do not tighten them.
6. Install the front bracket with new gaskets. Install the screws, but do not tighten them.
CAUTION: Make sure the screws are the correct length for the holes. Incorrect placement may result in damage to the carburetor.
7. Check that the damper axes move freely; there should be no snags or restrictions.
8. Tighten the screws in the correct sequence.
9. Install the fuel transfer pipe.
10. Attach the heat wax valve lever and secure it with a new cotter pin.
11. Install the throttle opener diaphragm and secure it with a new cotter pin.
12. Install the idle speed increase diaphragm. Use a new cotter pin and washer.
13. Connect the fuel supply hoses and secure the fuel line.
14. Install the lower vacuum manifold. Connect the vacuum hose. Connect the connectors to the solenoid valves.
15. Install the upper vacuum manifold. Connect the vacuum lines.
