Perform these procedures not a cold engine.
1. Carefully drain the refrigerant.
2. Temporarily remove the refrigerant dryer receiver and tube. Remove the suction line bracket.
3. Remove the front grille. Remove the guides and protruding elements, freeing them with a narrow tool. Do not break staples or joints.
4. Disconnect the electrical wiring from the radiator fan. Unscrew the casing mounting bolts and remove the casing, fan and motor. Be careful not to damage the heatsink fins when removing the fan.
5. Disconnect wiring from condenser fan (left). Disconnect the connector from the compressor. Unscrew the casing mounting bolts and remove the casing, fan and motor. Be careful not to damage the heatsink fins when removing the fan.
6. Remove the upper radiator mounting brackets.
7. Disconnect the line and hose from the condenser. Do not damage the capacitor. Cover joints and channels immediately to prevent dirt from entering.
8. Unscrew 2 mounting nuts and remove the condenser. Don't drop nuts.
For installation:
9. Replace the condenser and tighten the lock nuts.
10. Replace o-rings and connect line and hose to condenser. Tighten joints to 22 Nm.
11. Install the upper radiator brackets.
12. Install the condenser fan and connect the wiring.
13. Install the radiator fan and connect the wiring.
14. Install the grate. Make sure the guides fit correctly; do not overtighten the fixing screws.
15. Install the suction line bracket, install the refrigerant dryer.
16. Fill the system with refrigerant, bleed air from the system and check for correct operation.
