2. Remove the hood latch assembly, but do not disconnect the hood release cable. Place the assembly on the engine, outside the work area.
3. Carefully drain the refrigerant.
4. Disconnect the line and hose from the condenser. Support all joints with a second wrench. Do not damage the condenser. Immediately cover the joints and channels to prevent dirt from entering.
5. Loosen the condenser mounting bolts. Remove the condenser from the vehicle.

6. Install the capacitor in the reverse order of removal. Make sure the mounting bushings are in place; tighten the mounting bolts to 16 Nm. Fill with refrigerant and bleed the system; check for proper functioning.
